Programme Cover Design Competition Sponsored
By The Coastal Rag.
The Winning Design, chosen
from over 30 entries, was by the artist Teleisha Liekmeier
with her depiction of the HMS Endeavour and coastal scene.

The editor of
the Coastal Rag presented the prize at Agnes
Water Primary School on April 14, 2010. Teleisha's
prize was over $100 of Art Supplies from Gladstone
Picture Framing.
Imaginative,
colourful and well drawn entries exploring the ‘Discovery’ theme
of this year’s festival gave the judges a difficult
time to narrow it down for the final awards. Kira-Lee
O’Connor, Madelaine Draper and Madelaine Anderson
received Highly Commended certificates for their imaginative
designs. |
